Assuming that we've already held our initial consultation, we will be issuing a service proposal and invoice within 72 hours of that meeting. The first payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Your initial payment will cover the first 30 days of service on a 90-day minimum commitment agreement.
Yes, depending on your service package, you may qualify to unlock discounted rates on 6-12 month commitments.

Building an audience from scratch takes time. Therefore, we ask for a minimum of 90 days to see the impact and growth of our services to your social media channels. The onboarding process alone may take anywhere from 7-10 business days depending on how brand-ready you are.
Yes. You can always upgrade your package and add a la carte services during an already active agreement. Unfortunately, we do not allow for downgrades until after an agreement has expired. Why downgrade when you're getting the best of the best - to be the best?!

We aren't offering any money back guarantees at this time, but we would not accept your business if we don't have a meeting of the minds during our consultation process. Your brand has to be ready, willing and able to support the investment. If you're not satisfied with our services, we will do our best to break up on the best terms possible ;(

No, unfortunately we do not operate on Saturday and Sunday. Although we allow our VAs to rest and relax over the weekends, we do make sure your content is scheduled and posted as prescribed in every package.
